Eric Jokisch from Virginia started his first game of the year vs Cal St. Northridge and pitched 6 innings. Eric gave up two hits 2 unearned runs 6so,4 bb,but didn't get his first win.

Never got to see him when he was in high school because he was out of my area. I will check him out now that he is a little closer to home.

Jokisch is 1-1 with a 3.24 ERA as of March 28th

Jokisch got his first win in a 6-3 complete game win over UIC
Ironically, UIC won the other two games of the series, and Ottawa Marquette grad Bobby Phillis got a win and a save from UIC's two wins over the Cats
